Advertised as "3 Bedroom Home | Steps to Blue Mtn Village", but the accommodation did not match this description. The property was in a very poor state of maintenance upon arrival. Loose nails were sticking out in several places, creating a safety concern. We encountered electrical issues, which further reduced our confidence in the safety of the property. In our opinion, this accommodation was not suitable for families with young children due to the condition of the property. The property was in such an unacceptable condition that we decided not to stay and booked alternative accommodation instead. We reported the issues immediately and provided photographic evidence, but no satisfactory solution was offered during our stay. After more than 20 years of frequently using Booking.com, this is by far the worst accommodation I have ever booked.
